5.2. For businesses looking for specific business service providers, basic use of the platform is free.

5.3. There is an option to upgrade your specific search request for a fee.

5.4. Refunds will only be provided if our systems malfunction.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1. User-generated content belongs to the user who created it.

6.2. Users have the right to modify their profile information. Any content submitted when creating a job post cannot be modified after submission.

6.3. Users are not allowed to share, reproduce, or distribute content from the platform without consent.

6.4. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise objectionable.

7. Privacy and Data Handling

8.4. No warranties are provided.

9. Termination and Suspension of Services

9.1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend a user’s account or access to the service for abuse or misuse of the platform, tools, staff, users, or partners.

9.2. Upon termination, users will lose access to their data and no refunds will be provided.

9.3. Users can voluntarily terminate their accounts by writing to [email protected] using the same email address used to create the account.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
